How to Use

■Select Your Date and Time
Choose the date, drop-off time, and pick-up time for your luggage. Please make sure your selected times are within the store’s operating hours.

■ Choose Your Luggage Size
Select from the three size categories below. (Note: Available sizes may vary depending on the location.)
Small: Items with a longest side less than 45cm. This includes handbags, small backpacks, and shopping bags.
Large: Items with a longest side of 45cm or more. This includes suitcases, strollers, and musical instruments.
Ex-Large: Items roughly twice the size of a standard suitcase. This includes trunks, large instrument cases, and other extra-large items.

■ Specify the Quantity of Luggage
You can select the number of items for each size category. Some locations may have a limit on the number of items they can store, so we recommend checking in advance if you have multiple or bulky items.

■ Visit the Store at Your Reserved Time
Please arrive at the store during your reserved time slot.

■ Drop Off Your Luggage
The staff will check the size and quantity of your luggage and provide you with a claim tag or receipt. In some cases, you may be asked to show a form of ID.

Storage is not available outside of operating hours.
If you expect to be late, please contact the store directly in advance.
We do not accept valuables, fragile items, or food.
If your luggage is not picked up by the store’s closing time (9:00 PM), an additional day’s fee will be charged and pickup will be available the next day.

NEKTON FUJISAWA
Feature
NEKTON FUJISAWA, the first NEKTON store, is a cafe and coworking space based on the concept of a “shared living room. It features a kitchen attached to the building, where food and beverages are served.
From its opening until 2020, it operated as a “Challenge Kitchen” with a daily chef from day to night, but currently the Challenge Kitchen (inter-loan operation) is only accepting applications for the evening session.
NEKTON FUJISAWA is also available for private parties and events.
